Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Our current lead time for made-to-order garments is 3-7 days. Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent.

We offer free worldwide express delivery for all orders over 200 Free express shipping for all orders In Lithuania over 120

Express shipping takes 1–6 working days and includes tracking

Free postal service shipping is applied to all orders over 200 , except for specific destination countries given below:

Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Mexico, Malaysia, Peru, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Shipping to the countries listed above costs 10 and is carried out by a courier service.

We also offer free postal shipping, which takes 2-4 weeks and includes tracking. Items are sent as priority registered airmail with tracking.
International shipping: Free
Domestic shipping: Free

Lithuania shipping cost – 3 (delivered to your address), 2.5 to the chosen DPD terminal. Latvia – 6 (delivered to your address); 2.5 to the chosen DPD terminal; Estonia 8 (delivered to your address); 3.5 to the chosen DPD terminal.

All charges are made for your order in Euro. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

For express delivery of goods, we use DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS (depending on the country). You will see the shipping costs at your “Checkout” stage after you enter a shipping address. If your order exceeds 200€ (dollar amount can be slightly different because of the dollar cross-rate), you will not be required to pay shipping costs. The delivery section will automatically be marked as “Free delivery”. This does not apply to customers from all countries.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ameleys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inform us about the damage 48h after receiving the item. We will provide you with a shipping label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the new item.
